Related to a patent lawsuit between pembesut smartphone still has not ended.Motorola filed a new lawsuit against Apple for patent infringement related to theiPhone 4S and iCloud.
To the county court of Florida, United States (U.S.), Motorola filed the suit. Motorolaclaims Apple has violated six patents owned the iPhone 4S and four patents iniCloud.
Motorola as reported by Reuters and quoted Updatec.com on Thursday (1/26/2012), said the patentsmentioned in the latest lawsuit, actually almost the same as the previous patents that are included in ever filing another lawsuit in the same court.
But this time the lawsuit directly attacks the two latest Apple products the iPhone 4Sand remote storage service iCloud for storage of music and other media content.
The complaint filed by Motorola, relating to violations of the wireless antennatechnology, software, data filtering and messaging.
