Eluga, The name may sound a bit strange to gadget geek. Panasonic-made smartphone are trying to deliver messages about their phone are so attractive.
Eluga produced in Japan is an acronym for the English word that is claimed to describe the quality of the smartphone. Panasonic said, Eluga came from English namely 'El' to describe the elegant design (elegant), 'u' for user-orientedand 'ga' for the gateway for networking service.
"We plan to use the name as a sub-brand Eluga for all smartphones to be sold in Europe and probably in many countries," said a spokesman for Panasonic.
As Updatec.com read from Wall Street Journal, this is the first Panasonic phone sold outside Japan. For the inaugural marketing next April,Panasonic aiming for Europe as a major market share.
With a stylish design, Eluga who are already using Android Gingerbread is claimed to be waterproof. Carrying the 4.3-inch OLED display. OLED touch screen and 8-MP camera, smartphone with 1GHz dual-core processor weighs only 103 grams. About the price, Panasonic has not talked about it.
