Huawei known as telecommunication gadgets producer and providers, did'n satisfied with that Huawei also trying to enter the competitive landscape of the top smartphone. The Chinese vendor creates new Android smartphone that equipped with quad core processor claimed the fastest android gadget in the world.
Quad-core smartphone from Huawei was named Ascend D Quad and introduced at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2012, Barcelona. There are two models that they present, Ascend D Quad and Ascend D Quad XL.
Both are have same specs, the differences is in the battery capacity. Ascend D Quad equipped with 1800 mAh battery, even the Ascend Quad XL more powerful battery whith 2500 mAh. Ascend D Quad running Android OS 4.0 ICS. With 4.5 inch screen, high definition resolution of 720x1280 pixels. 8Gb of internal storage as well as provided 8 megapixel camera that can record HD video.
Ascend D Quad Quad core processor called K3V2 using 64 bit architecture and made by Huawei it self. Claimed, K3V2 Quad core processor makes Ascend D Quad become the fastest smartphone in the world. faster than thequad core processors made by Nvidia, Tegra 3.

In various benchmark test, Huawei claimed their chips can perform 30 to 50% better than the Tegra 3. Also, battery is fairly considered. K3V2 processor can switch to low power option when low computational tasks and return to high performance when playing games.
Ascend D Quad will be available in China, Australia, Europe, Asia-Pacific,North and South America and the Middle East in the second quarter of 2012.The price yet to be announced, but Huawei ensure cheaper than similar products from competitors.
