iCloud service users in Germany could not enjoy push notification of iCloud service. In order to read a new message comes in, they must configure IOS devices periodically. This is because Motorola claims against Apple some time ago. which this month Motorola won a German court judge's decision in regard with push notification of new email in iCloud service.
Apple just does not do anything quietly, so that Motorola could ask the court toenforce the decision. So, Apple was ordered shut off email push notification feature in all IOS devices that are used in Germany. Instead, users must reconfigure their software. Apple posted instructions in English and German to check email in iCloud service or MobileMe. No iCloud features or MobileMe affected by this change.
